How we Started

Our Firm was started in mid-2020 when Jaye, learned of his son to be. With Covid-19 causing so many disruptions, Jaye reached out to his colleagues to discuss the idea of utilizing their refined skills and expert knowledge to help businesses and their leaders out with the services and tasks they need completed.

Time, our greatest resource is what we hope to save you and your company, so you can gain more control over what you work on and the time you spend.

Meet the Team

  • Jaye Wells, CFE

    Jaye is a Certified Fraud Examiner and has six years of experience in public accounting and four years in industry. He also has owned and maintained various businesses for the past fifteen years. Jaye earned his BBA in Accounting and Finance and his Master of Accountancy from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Jaye is currently working to pass the CPA Exam.

    Jaye is married to Winnie and is a father to a beautiful boy. In his spare time, Jaye is also a blacksmith, beekeeper, rancher, and puppy wrangler.

  • Winifred Wells, BSN, RN

    Winnie helps manage the day-to-day activities and provides us with critical feedback. She has five years of management experience and has owned/maintained various businesses. Winnie earned her BSN from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and her BS in Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.

    Winnie is married to Jaye and is a mother to a beautiful boy. In her spare time, Winnie is a movie aficionado, rancher, and puppy wrangler.
